You will learn how to use a lot of fresh and/or exotic produce, herbs and aromatics to emphasize taste, flavour and textures in her dishes.
In this vegan cooking class, you will learn to cook Riki’s favourite Vegetarian & Vegan dishes: Glazed Eggplant with Miso & Cabbage; Quinoa & Fennel Salad; Roast Pumpkin & Red Onion with Tahini & Za’atar dressing; Labane Middle Eastern Cheese with Olives, Nuts & Oregano; Sliced Cauliflower in Tahini; Poached Pear in Spicy Red Wine with Yogurt & Honey Sauce
You will learn how to extend your repertoire of dishes, planning your menu around seasonal vegetables in this cooking class.
The cooking class can be adjusted to suit Vegans. Please advise at the time of booking.
